Application and characteristics of needle type globe valve

Needle type globe valves are commonly used in emergency diesel generator systems of nuclear power plants to manually connect and cut off pipeline media. Root valves are suitable for a wide range of pressure and temperature, and are usually used for medium and small diameter pipelines. Needle type globe valve has a simple structure, light weight, easy maintenance, quick opening and closing, a sealing surface that is not easily worn or scratched, good sealing performance, and long service life. The structure and usage of the needle type globe valve are composed of a manual operating mechanism and a valve body.
The sealing part of the needle valve is welded with Stellite alloy, which can withstand high-pressure and high-temperature fluid erosion.
